It had marvellous and favourable location not too far from San Antonio. I had a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and an electronic key card in the clean room.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini bar fridge, and an electronic key card. There were plenty of goodies for breakfast. The hotel is in a marvelous and favorable location, just a 10-15 minute walk from Plaza de Bolivar.

The hotel is clean and the staff are amicable. A superior king room has basic facilities you need. The location is great, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Cathedral Basilica of Our Lady of Rosary. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the middle of jackson.

The spacious room provided us with a great view from the window. We were pleasantly surprised by the strong, hot shower. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the city center. The hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast was enjoyable. I would recommend Europa Hotel Boutique.

My Easter stay was amazing! the breakfast was superb! they offered a free guided tour of the city! the location is perfect, it is near the main attractions and easy to get to any place in the city. the rooms have an amazing view of the city!
The noise coming from the renovations was a bit disturbing in the mornings and the Wi-Fi connection was not great.

The coffee and water offered were a nice touch after a long road trip. Conveniently located within walking distance to nearby attractions. The staff member was very helpful.
The street noise made it difficult to sleep at night. The parking situation was not ideal and we had to leave our car on a busy street.

This hotel is located in a very convenient area surrounded by many tourist spots. The room was clean and cozy with a nice large window. The breakfast buffet was good with strong hot coffee. The staff was helpful and attentive to our needs. The bathroom was well-equipped with a nice hot shower. The parking was a plus for us since we could leave our car safely.
There was too much street noise which made it difficult to sleep at night.
